We work with each community individually to determine our rates, but we can assure you that it’ll be very affordable! Once your community has contracted with us for service, one of our friendly staff members will sit down with you and everything will be clearly laid out for you.

Do I have to be home while your workers are on my property?
No, it is not required for you to stay home. We ask that parents keep children away from the work areas so they do not get hurt by falling roofing materials.
How long does it take to install a roof?
Depending on how large your home is, we can complete the job in several days or just a couple hours. For example if you have a small house with just shingles then it will be much faster than installing new metal roofing that is heavy duty and over 100 pounds per square. Just give us a call and we will let you know how long it takes for us to complete the job.

The cost of your new roof will vary depending on what type of material we install and how much labor it takes to complete the job. Give us a call and we will take a look at your home and give you an estimate on installing a brand-new roof.
How long does the warranty last on my new roof?
Depending on the roof we will offer 1-10 years warranty. It all depends on what we install and even how you treat your home after it has been installed. The best way to keep a warranty is to maintain your roof every year by cleaning off leaves, grass clippings, and taking care of any damages that may come up.
